If you live in downtown SIP there will generally be a 10 rmb delivery fee, but it may be 30 rmb if you are more than 4 or 5 kilometers from the restaurant.? For factories in SIP, deliveries may take longer and/or have a higher delivery fee. For more information on delivery fees click here.

In Suzhou, Sherpa's separates the city in to two distinct areas: SIP (in the east) SND (in the west).? Currently, only SIP has its own menu book, but a SND book is planned for a September 2007 launch.? If you live downtown, you may be able to order from restaurants in each book.
Your food will be delivered to you, on the average in 40-45 minutes. However if your order is particularly large, or the distance is long (as evidenced if your delivery fee is over 10rmb), you may want to order at least an hour in advance.
